1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups chopped leeks (white part mainly)
1 1/2 cups peeled, diced potatoes
2 cups chopped green cabbage
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
chopped fresh dill, parsley or green onions,













Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, bring chicken stock, onion, leeks and potatoes to boil. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender,

Add cabbage; cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in milk; season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each serving with dill, parsley or onions or add a tablespoon or two to pot before serving.
