Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter, softened

1st Layer:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip (from 12 ounce container)

2nd Layer:
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk

3rd Layer:
Remaining Cool Whip
Extra chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust like pastry and press on bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes and cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for first layer until light and fluffy and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix second layer until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with extra chopped nuts. Refrigerate. May be frozen.
