1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 T butter
1 clove of garlic minced
1tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 - 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
10 oz. lasagna noodles
6 green onions
2 - 3 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in the butter, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Add tomato sauce and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
Cook and drain the lasagna noodles
Mix together green onions (include some of the green tops), cream cheese and sour cream.
In a lasagna pan put a layer of 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the meat mixture and dollop 1/3 of the cheese mixture, then repeat two more times.
Sprinkle top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 º until bubbly.
