1 Pound Boneless Skinless chicken Can use just Chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces.
2 tbsp. Italian dressing
2 Cups Mixed vegies
1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup 1/4 pound (4 oz )Velveeta cheese.cut into 1/2 inch cube. ( you can make home make pie crust,.easy way out is to uses frozen puff pastry.Use only1/2 of the 17.3 pkg,thawed.)
1 egg, beaten.

Heat oven to 400 Degrees. Cook and stir chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5mins or until done.Stir in veggies and soup. Spoon in greased 9 inch baking dish; top with cheese.
Unfold pastry sheet,with fluted wheel cutter,cut pastry onto 1/2 in 1 in wide strips.Lay strips in rows about 1/2 in- 3/4 in apart.fold every other strip
half wat back. Starting at the center,add strips at right angles,lifting every other strip as the cross strips are put down.When completed. Trim strips off even.
Brush with egg.Place dish on baking sheet. Bake 30mins. and let stand for 5 mins.
