2 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c lemon juice
1 T prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 c mayonnaise
1/8 tsp pepper
2 7oz cans tuna, drained
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c grated cucumber
1/4 c chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 1/2 c cold water. Heat soup just to boiling point. Add gelatin to soup; stir to dissolve. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, salt, mayonnaise & pepper. Chill until partially congealed. Fold in tuna, celery, cucumber & green pepper; pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2" loaf pan. Chill until firm.
