BREAD PUDDING Recipe

2 c dry bread cubes
3/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 c scalded milk
1 T oleo
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in hot milk for 5 min. Add sugar, butter & salt; pour slowly over eggs. Add vanilla & mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bring raisins to a boil, drain & sprinkle over pudding. Bake at 350º (?) for 1 hr, or until firm. Test with sharp knife.
