1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 Stick Butter, 1 C. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 Large Box Crispix, 4 C. Powered Sugar.

In large bowl (Tupperware Fix-n-Mix works great) melt butter, peanut butter and choc. chips in microwave on high 1 minute. Stir until chips melt. Add cereal and mix until coated. Pour 2 C. powered sugar into a tall kitchen garbage bag. Add Chex mix and cover with 2 C. powered sugar. Shake until coated. Store in air tight container
