2-3 cans crescent rolls
1 lb sausage
1-8oz cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and scramble till fine. Add warm sausage to cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Separate crescents into squares. Two of the crescent to make one square, pinch seam, spread with sausage mixture, roll into log.Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill several hours or over night. Then slice into disc and bake till light brown at 350.

This can also be made into a breakfast casserole, just layer the sausage and crescent, alternating, end with crescents on top.
