2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 1/8 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat in mixer on medium speed for 15 minutes. Pour in greased and floured ring pan or Bundt pan. Place in cold oven set for 350ºF for 45 minutes. Serve with fresh strawberries.
