I loaf good quality French or Italian bread
One stick( 8 tbsp) butter, softened
10 large garlic cloves, half minced, and half more roughly chopped
2-3 oz shredded Asiago cheese
2-3 oz blue cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Slice the bread in thirds horizontally, saving the top third for another use.
Spread one side of the remaining two pieces with 6 tbsp. butter.
Cut bread into slices, leaving the very bottom in tact.
Saute garlic in the remaining 2 tbsp butter, then spread on bread. Top with cheeses. Broil until golden.
