2 pkg strawberry jello
2 pkg frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water (can use pineapple juice and strawberry juice as part of the 2 c. water). Mix with strawberries and pineapple. Pour into 9x13 pan. Chill several hours ahead.

I've screwed this simple, but favorite, recipe up at Christmas dinner for the past 3 years now. Maybe this year I'll get it right! Note to self: The key is to drain the strawberries and the pineapple! Because of my ineptness, we've found that this tastes very good slushy frozen as well!
