Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. bacon
4 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
Boiling water
1 bag frozen corn
Milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon, crumble and set aside (reserve bacon grease).
2. Cream together butter and flour; set aside.
3. Cook potatoes and onion in bit of bacon grease until onion is soft. Cover with boiling water.
4. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn.
5. Add milk to an inch above veggies. Bring almost to a boil.
6. Add butter & flour mixture; stir until thick.
7. Crumble bacon into chowder.
Serve with Ritz crackers. YUM !!!!!
