Devils food cake mix, as directed
For filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-8oz. cool whip
For frosting:
1 stick margarine , softened
2/3 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/3 cup milk
1 lb box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream: cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla, 1lb box powdered sugar until creamy, fold in cool whip and chill. Cream butter until smooth then gradually add remaining ingredient . When layers have cooled, split them into 4 thin layers. Spread filling in between layers. Spread with chocolate frosting.
