1 1/2 c. Dry Red Wine
2/3 c. Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 c. Catsup
1/2 c. Water
1/4 c. Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
3 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 Lb. Rolled Boneless Pork Roast
4 tsp. Corn Starch

Directions:

Combine first 10 ingredients in a shallow bowl or heavy duty zip top bag; ass pork roast. Cover or seal and chill for 8 hors, turning occasionally. Remove roast from marinade reserving 21/2 cups for drizzling over the finished roast. Bring reserved marinade to a boil and whisk in corn starch. Stir constantly 2 or 3 minutes until thick. Cool. Place pork roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 325º for 21/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170º. Baste with 1/4 C. of marinade during last 15 minutes. Allow roast to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with reserved sauce.
