3 well beaten egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup nuts, broken
18 Saltines, broken
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, sugar and vanilla. Fold in the crackers and nuts. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Let cool. Combine the Cool Whip and preserves and place on top.
