2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups sugar, divided
1/4 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces frozen Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine berries, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until berries are soft; about 15 minutes. In a small measuring cup, combine cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water. Add to berry mixture; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. In a medium bowl, combine flour, butter and pecans. Press mixture evenly into a 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes then cool. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread topping evenly over the cooled crust. Pour cooled berry mixture on top. Refrigerate. Cut in squares to serve.
