1 c. buttermilk

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 c. oil

2 1/2 c. cake flour

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cocoa powder

3/4 oz. red food coloring (small bottle)

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar

1 stick butter, softened

8 oz. cream cheese

1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in 13" x 9" pan in 350º oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Can also bake in 2"round pans. Frost.

FROSTING:
Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Mix well. Stir in pecans by hand.
