1 package lemon or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. apricot nectar
1/3 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 cup powered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mix, sugar, 1 cup nectar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beat 2 minutes or until blended. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325º oven for 1 hour. Cool right side up for 15 minutes; invert cake. Frosts cake while warm with mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice and the remaining apricot nectar
