1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
Press in a 9x13x2 inch greased pan. Do not let crust come up the sides.
Mix:
1 box powdered sugar (2 3/4 cups)
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs, beat lightly
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pour over crust and bake in 325º oven for 50-55 minutes OR bake in 350º oven for 30-35 minutes.
