4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Couple of limes juiced, about 1/4 cup
Olive oil, about 2 Tablespoons

Feel free to use bottled lime juice.

Directions:
The original recipe was much more complex, but I found over the years all I did was juice a couple of limes, throw in some garlic powder, add some olive oil and put in a ziploc or a pan, throw in the frig for 2-4 hours.
Drain, pat the chicken dry.
It is meant for the grill. If you're not grilling, you could broil it or put it on an indoor grill.

You can marinate chicken in so many things to give it some flavor. Start it before work, or give it 30 minutes when you get home, sitting on the counter in the marinade.(Do not let it sit at room temperature any longer than 60 minutes)
Look for marinades in the store, salad dressings work great.
