Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 bean juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Salad:
1 (12oz.) can shoepeg corn
1 (12oz.) can English peas
1 (16oz.)French seasoned green beans
1 small lima beans
1 (12oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan mix the salad dressing ingredients together and bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved, then set aside to let cool. Drain all veggies and mix together. When salad dressing is cool pour over veggies and mix. Refrigerate.
Keeps up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. This is best if you make it ahead of time.
