6-7 chicken breasts
1 pkg. vermicelli
1 stick margarine
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
2 onions, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can of mushroom pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil chicken until tender and cut into chunks. Cook vermicelli until tender, drain and combine with chicken. Combine all other ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and bake in a covered 9x13" casserole dish for 1 hour.
