one round steak
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour

Directions:

oven temp 350°F
cut steak into serving size pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Put steak on pounding board and for some flour over top of steak--pound in flour with a mallet. Turn steak and repeat. Put steak into casserole dish, with a little water and bake until done. Variation: use about 16 ounce can of tomato sauce for the water
