Cream cheese
Bacon

Choose Jalapeños that are firm and smooth. Cut in half or thirds, based on the length of the pepper. Remove seeds, rinse.
Stuff with cream cheese, then wrap each piece with a slice of bacon.
Bake at around 400º until bacon is slightly crisp and cheese is melty.
