1 pound beef tips
1/4 cup salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup water
1 green pepper, cut in 1" strips
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tomatoes, cut in 1/8's

Directions:
Directions:
brown beef in half the hot oil, add garlic, cook until yellow , add soy sauce,salt, and 1/4 cup water; cook 45 minutes, add vegetables and cook 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch blended with 1 cup water. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
