Easier than individual pancakes and always impressive looking and delicious.

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a 9x13 pan, put the stick of butter and put in the oven to melt.
When melted, take out, turn up oven to 400
Stir together in a bowl the eggs, flour and milk, pour over the melted butter.
Put in oven and cook about 20-30 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, and serve with syrup.
