2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup honey
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons curry
2 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in an 8x8 pan in a 350 oven.

Remove pan from oven and stir in honey, curry and mustard. Place chicken in pan and turn once to coat.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so.
Good served over rice.
Can be easily doubled
