I know, I can hear you from here, QUICHE??? Well, this is super easy, can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and can be made with lots of different kinds of cheese. Add ins are endless, bacon, leftover meat, veggies, etc.

1 pie crust
1 ½ cups grated cheese (the original recipe is Swiss, but feel free to use just about any cheese you have on hand, mixing cheeses is fine too)
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
3 Tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon of dry mustard (if you have it, if not, don’t worry about it)
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375

Roll out crust and place in a pie dish.
Cover the crust with the grated cheese.
Mix the eggs, milk, flour, and spices
Pour mixture over the cheese and put in oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and browned on top.
