1 can of artichokes, packed in water, not oil
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the artichokes, then blend with the mayonnaise and parmesan.
Spread in a shallow dish and cook at 350 or 375 until brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers.


VARIATIONS:

You can smash a garlic clove in, double the amount of artichokes, add some cream cheese, hot sauce or a splash of lemon juice.
