1 large round loaf of white bread, NOT SLICED
1 round of brie
3-4 Tablespoons melted butter
chili powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the center out of the loaf, hollowing it out. Leave the outside shell intact. Save the bread you take out, and pull into bite sized pieces.

Brush the inside of the loaf, including the top piece, with the melted butter, and then sprinkle the bread with the spices.

Cut most of the rind off of the brie, place in the bread, put the top back on.

Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

Serve with the reserved bread, and other crackers.

This is always a huge hit!

BRIE VARIATIONS

You can always buy a round of brie, cut most of the rind off, place in a pan, and top it with something, jam, brown sugar and a dash of some liquid, nuts, lots of things. Then put in oven until it gets a little gooey. It’s all good.
