1 cup warm water 105°F to 115°F
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons oil
3 - 3 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 15 1/2 ounce jar thick spaghetti sauce

oven temp to 400°F

dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl stir in sugar salt 3 tablespoons oil and 2 cups of flour beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easily worked with need for 5 min. rub oil on outside and cover let rise for approximately 45 min. divide in half greased tube hands with remaining oil rollout no place in pans and add toppings.
