1- 2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1-2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup chopped onions optional
salt and pepper
sauce:
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Directions:
combine hamburger breadcrumbs eggs and onion salt and pepper to taste. For meat into desired size of meatball Brown in skillet tell almost done put in casserole dish pour sauce over and cook until done. Sauce variation: one package brown gravy mix, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup apple jelly, 2 tablespoons ketchup.
