2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup mashed fruit such as bananas or strawberries or anything else
Directions:
Directions:
oven to 400°F
Mix first five ingredients then fold in mashed fruit. Put in muffin cups bake 15 – 17 min.
