1 pound pork sausage, casing removed
1 jar (28 oz.) Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 clove garlic, minced OR 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked rigatoni

Directions:
Cook sausage in saucepan until browned, about 20 minutes cooking time. Pour off fat. Add pasta sauce, olives and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in cheese and rigatoni. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
