1C BACON DRIPPINGS
1C FLOUR
2 YELLOW ONIONS
3 BELL PEPPER
2 BUNCHES GREEN ONION
2 TOMATOES
6 STALKS OF CELERY
4 CLOVES GARLIC
1 LB OKRA (sliced)
4 QT WATER
5 LB SHRIMP
2 LB IMITATION CRAB
2 LB SAUSAGE
2 CANS CRAB CLAW MEAT
1 C SCALLIONS
2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP CAYENNE
2 TSP PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
ROUX- Heat Bacon drippings until shimmering and add Sifted Flour & stir constantly until the Roux becomes a light Chocolate color.

DO NOT BURN

Add Veggies to ROUX and cook until Soft.

Add the rest of the ingredients and Cook except for the Okra

(The Okra is used as a Thickening agent as well as for flavor)
