1 3oz pkg lemon jello
3/4 c pineapple juice
1 T lemon juice
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c pineapple, crushed, drained
1 c whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 c boiling water. Add pineapple & lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple cheese & whipped topping. Pour into mold & chill
