2 cups of sugar
2 1/2 cups of self rising flour, sifted
1 cup of crisco oil
4 eggs
1 cup or one small can of crushed pineapple juice and all
2 tablespoons of hot water
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sperate egg, beat whites until stiff, and set aside.
Combine egg yolks with other ingredients.
Beat well and fold in egg whites.
Pour in an ungreased bunt pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let sit in there for an additional 15 minutes.
