1 QT Water
1 tsp Thyme (dried)
1 tsp Salt
2 Bay Leaves
2 Lbs Shrimp
1/2 Lb Polish Sausage
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Thyme
2 T Parsley (chopped)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Crab Soup
2 C Tomato Juice
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 lb Lump Crab Meat
Hot Cooked Rice
File Powder


1 Can Crab Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cook Shrimp 3-5 Min and then drain well reserving 3 cups of liquid. Discard Bay leaves and Hot Pepper.
Rinse Shrimp & Chill
Combine Sausage and next 3 ingredients in a large dutch oven, saute until sausage is browned.
Stir in Flour & Bouillon Granules.
Add reserved Shrimp Liquid, Cream of Chicken Soup and next 4 ingredients and mix well
Reduce heat and simmer
Add Crab and simmer 5 Min
