1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 (11 oz.) can white corn
1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 c. chopped pickled jalapeņo peppers
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. Italian salad dressing
2/3 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 avocados, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all canned ingredients and combine everything in a large bowl. Mix and refrigerate or serve immediately. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips,as a taco topping, or with a spoon!

Personal Notes:
This recipe is highly customizable -- feel free to leave out ingredients you do not like. Add more jalapeņos if you like it spicier. You can substitute Ro-Tel tomatoes for the diced tomatoes and chilies. I usually add avocado right before serving.
