1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tsp. canola oil
dash pepper (optional)

Directions:
Using a cookie cutter, cut a whole (large enough to hold the egg) in the center of the slice of bread. Heat a small nonstick pan on medium heat. Put the bread in the pan. Place the teaspoon of oil in the centre of the hole in the bread. Crack open the shell and carefully pour the egg into the hole in the bread. Reduce heat and cook slowly, until the egg is just cooked through. Season with pepper, if you wish.
