1. Prawns ½ Kg
2. Onion -chopped 2 nos.
3. Tomato -chopped 3 nos.
4. Ginger 1 piece
5. Garlic 7 cloves
6. Turmeric Powder ¾ tsp
7. Red Chilli Powder 1½ tsp
8. Aniseed (Perinjeerakam) ¾ tsp
9. Curry Leaves 1 stalk
10.Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

1.Clean prawn and drain water completely.
2.Grind the ginger, garlic and aniseed to a fine paste.
3.Heat oil in a pan,add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
4.Add tomato, onion, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry this for 4 minutes.
5.Add the prawns and cook till the prawns become tender.
6.Then add curry leaves and fry it well.
7.Tasty Prawn fry is ready.
