1 bundle of asparagus
1 package of bacon ( I prefer Oscar Myers Thick and Hearty)
1 envelope of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cut off at least 1 inch from the bottom of the asparagus and rinse. Shake off access water. Wrap 3-4 asparagus spear with one slice of bacon. Continue this process until all of the asparagus has been wrapped. Sprinkle the envelope of Good Seasoning on the asparagus. They can be cooked in a pan on stove top, in the oven or better yet, on the grill. Turn and cook evenly on all sides until bacon is done. Plate and serve.

I like to use green and white asparagus when the white is in season.
