4 lbs Chicken wings, tips removed & cut at joint
12 oz Apricot Preserves
1/4 cup Honey Catalina Dressing
2 tbsp Honey Mustard
2 tbsp BB Sauce
1 tsp Lime Juice
4 dashes hot sauce
1 small onion minced

Directions:
Directions:
Broil wings for 8 minutes per side, while they are cooking mix the above ingredients. Remove wings and place in crock pot and pour sauce over wings, and mix well with tongs.
Cook on low heat for several hours. I prefer to remove wings at this time and grill until finished. Pour sauce into a bowl and add the grilled wings and toss. Then serve.

Personal Notes:
The original recipes called for a longer cooking time in the crock pot but the wings were way over cooked. It might take some testing to find your preference.
