One cup rum
1 cup vodka
1 cup peach schnapps
Splash of cream de cassis
1 cup peach nectar
1 cup orange juice

Champagne

Directions:
Mix rum, vodka, schnapps, cream de cassis, peach nectar, and orange juice.

Mix 2 cups above mixture with 1 cup champagne into blender with ice and blend. (may mix in a margarita machine for large amounts)

Bellini's were served at Leslie's college graduation party and were deadly....Ale Temple was my mentor in graduate school and got this recipe from the bartender (Mark) at La Strada many years ago. I spent most of the crises of my life drinking Bellini's at La Strada with Ale. Here is a drink to you Ale!
