"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Hershey's milk chocolate
2 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1 c. chopped dates
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt all the chocolate together. I do this by filling up the sink with hot water and placing a large pot (8 gallon) in the sink with the chocolate in the pot. Be sure not to get any water in the chocolate mixture. Once the chocolate is melted, add the walnuts, dates and salt. Mix well. Then add the corn flakes, gently tossing them in the chocolate, coating as much of the corn flakes as possible. Using a teaspoon, place the cookies on a baking sheet on wax paper. Refrigerate or place in a cold area until the chocolate has set. Store in airtight container.
