1 refrigerated pie crust
1 jar apricot preserves
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Open pie crust and put cream cheese square in the center. Pour about 3/4 of the preserves over the cream cheese. Fold the pie crust edges over the cream cheese mixture and then place folded side down in a small oven safe dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until crust starts to brown.

I soften the cream cheese and spread it out a bit so the preserves kind of get mixed in with it. This is great with Wheat Thins!
