1 Cup Orzo or Mini Bowties
( for Gluten Free use Rice)

4 L Chicken Broth

1lb Ground Chicken
2 Slices Bread (your choice, crumble fine)
1 Egg
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley, minced fine
1/4 Cup Parmigian Cheese

6 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Cook Orzo ( or Mini Bowties or Rice) until El dente... drain and cool.

Simmer Chicken broth.

In a medium bowl mix bread crumbs, chicken, egg, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, minced parsley and parmigian cheese and make small meatballs.
Drop meatballs into the Chicken broth to cook.
Once all meatballs are made, cover and bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in chopped spinach and pasta or rice and serve!
