2 1/2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
2 c. chilled heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add cream and stir until dough forms. Drop heaping 1/4 c. spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400ºF
for 18 to 20 minutes.
