1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. Zesty Itilian dressing
2 c. frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. velvetta cheese, cubed
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir chicken in Itialian dressing in skillet on medium heat until cooked through. Stir in veggies, soup and cheese. Spoon into a greased, 9" square baking dish.
Unfold thawed pastry sheet, place over chicken mixture. Fold over edges of pastry and seal. Brush with beaten egg. Cut slits in pastry top to allow steam to escape. Place on baking sheet and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown in 400º oven.
