3-4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
4 tsp butter
1/4 c. sour cream
salt/pepper
3 tsp chopped onions
1 c. flour or bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
options: bacon bits and shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water for abt 10 minutes, drain and mash with butter and sour cream. Add salt and pepper, onions and optional bacon and cheese if desired. Shape into patties and roll in flour or bread crumbs. Fry in hot grease until crispy and brown on both sides.
